Augusto R. Gautier first established the firm as a partnership in 1978 with Francisco R. de Torres following nineteen years of a successful private practice in Puerto Rico and the USA. The association's main objective was to expand the diverseness of services. Currently, our services encompass government, institutional, industrial, commercial and residential applications. We proffer: feasibility studies, financial studies, field investigation and site studies; environmental consultation, preparation of construction contract documents (plans, technical specifications and cost estimates), construction programming and management; construction cost analysis and construction inspection and observations.
